Lake & Local is Greensboro, Georgia's newest boutique event & retail space, located conveniently on Main Street directly across from the Post Office. A unique space, Lake & Local features a large retail space in the front of the building, and a gorgeous 3000 sq. ft. gated garden in the rear of the building. Lake & Local is scheduled to open on January 7, 2022.

Lake & Local's retail space is made to support small businesses. Our inventory will range from beautiful home decor and unique artwork to handcrafted jewelry and made-to-order t-shirts and sweatshirts. Our inventory is hand-selected from small businesses, predominantly in Georgia, others in the South.

I hope you’ll consider hosting another Tea Party event. I’m so disappointed that I can’t attend the one you have coming up on June 9th, but I have a friend coming in to visit from Wisconsin that evening. It sounds amazing.
