Young Chefs Charcuterie Class

WEDNESDAY, JULY 12TH  |  1PM-3PM

Youth 5th grade and up are in for a treat! Chef Brent will teach safe knife skills, food art, and food pairings as students learn to create their own beautiful charcuterie board! Chef Brent will focus on everyday and popular snacks for teens that can be incorporated into their delicious boards.

Students will also get to keep their wood board, as well as all of the food they prepare. 

*PARENTS:

• You must plan to attend with your child if they are under the age of 16 years old. 
• You must complete the "Waiver & Permission" section for your child to participate.
